Additional Charges: € 150 security deposit (refundable) and compulsory € 80 final cleaning costs

- GPS system (TomTom) with 10 pre-stored beach locations, 8 recommended restaurants, the Penthouse, 4 scenic viewpoints, 2 supermarkets in the area, Tropea parking, 2 shopping centers, Aquapark, Lamezia Terme airport, Sila National Park
- Weekly cleaning services
- Airport pick up (However, it is recommended that you have your own transportation while in the area)
A 25% deposit is required upon booking with full balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. Payments accepted via cash or bank transfer only. Payment in full is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance. A security deposit of 150 euro for any possible damage is required with final payment but will be refunded once keys are returned and no damage has been done.
